Malin Nilsson is the third generation of magicians and grew up next door to a little theatre in the South of Sweden. She was to impatient to wait for success, so she went ahead without it, and has produced magic shows as if the world is going to end tomorrow. Malin has a burning passion for original magic and unique live shows; Magic:Unplugged, POP, The Monkey Opera and In The Shadow of The Rabbit, are a few of her creations, and she is know for her variety inspired style and unpretentious way of performing magic.

For the last 20 years, Malin has worked internationally; The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Crystal Palace in Germany, The Magic Castle in Hollywood and The Royal Drottningholm Theatre, to mention a few, and has perfected her sleight of hand through thousands of show.

Nilsson’s special interest is researching the parallells between magic, short selling and algorithmic trading, in combination with magic techniques used for non-entertainment purposes, called ”Conspiracy Magic”. The work has resulted in the shows; The Standard Length of a Miracle, Zero Magic and Acid Money.

Malin can also brag about fooling the legendary magicians Penn&Teller on their TV-show Penn&Teller:FoolUs, in Las Vegas.
